Carcano earns the Gold CSR Ranking by EcoVadis

Carcano Antonio SpA has been awarded GOLD Recognition Level from the worldwide rating agency EcoVadis, for our social and environmental responsible practices.

Four themes and 21 criteria settle the assessment framework according to the EcoVadis methodology. An international experts team analyze and crosscheck companies' policies and actions as well as their published reporting related to the environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

A reliable rating that is defined on policies, actions and, of course, results, taking into account a 360° definition of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), seen as the continuing commitment to act responsibly by integrating social and environmental concerns into business operations. CSR goes beyond regulatory compliance to focus on how company manages its economic, social and environmental impacts, as well as its relationships with stakeholders (e.g. employees, trading partners, government, territory).
