The cable sector is an important segment for Carcano, whose product range includes materials for the following sectors: telecommunications, energy, optical fibres and special cables.

Carcano is also in a position to satisfy special demands by developing materials with gauges, weights or compositions different from the standard ones tailored to customer requirements.

Besides plain aluminium foil, the company produces materials laminated on one or both sides to polyethylene copolymer, lacquered aluminium foil for PVC cables, aluminium foil laminated to polyester film on one or both sides (available also in spools).
